Section 41-20-10 Debate and voting upon recommendations as to continuance or termination of agencies. (a) On the tenth legislative day of the regular session, one hour after the convening of the house of which the chairman of the select joint committee of the Sunset Committee is a member, voting in that house on sunset bills not previously considered during this regular session shall commence and thereafter continue as the first order of business, from day to day, until voting on all the bills with respect to each enumerated or nonenumerated agency is completed.
