Section 9-14-25 Financial resources of persons, etc., seeking concessions; submission of financial
statements with bids; verification of same. No person, firm or corporation shall be granted
a concession contract who or which does not have sufficient financial resources to properly
operate a concession. All bidders for concessions must submit with their bids a complete financial
statement, which statement shall be subject to full verification by proper state officials.

for maintenance of state facilities leased. (a) For any concession contract authorizing occupancy
by the concessionaire of any portion of the state park system, the Division of Parks shall
