Section 23-1-382 Possession, display, of federal license, certificate, rating, or permit; exceptions. (a) The federal license, certificate, rating, or permit required to operate an aircraft shall be kept in the personal possession of an aircraft operator when he or she is operating an aircraft within the state and the license, certificate, rating, or permit shall be presented for inspection upon the demand of any passenger, law enforcement officer of the state or a political subdivision thereof, the director or his or her designee, or any official, manager, or person in charge of an airport in the state upon which the aircraft operator may land. Section 33-5-52 Boater safety certification generally. (a) Every person, except those specifically exempted by statutory enactment, within five years from April 28, 1994, shall procure a boater safety certification before operating a motorized vessel upon the waters of this state, as defined in Section 33-5-3. Section 11-65-20 Terms of operator's license. (a) An operator's license issued under this chapter, whether for horse racing and pari-mutuel wagering thereon or for greyhound racing and pari-mutuel wagering thereon, shall be for an initial period of 20 years, but shall be subject to renewal as provided in this section.
