Section 9-7-15 Coastal Area Board - Development of coastal area management program. The board shall provide for the development of a comprehensive coastal area management program. The program shall be prepared in cooperation with local, regional, state and federal interests. The dental home is the ongoing relationship between the dentist and the patient, inclusive of all aspects of oral health care, delivered in a comprehensive, continuously accessible, coordinated, and family-centered way.
