Section 9-11-69 Cost adjustments - Saltwater fishing licenses. Each department, board, bureau, commission, institution, corporation, or agency which holds real property shall notify the Lands Division of the state Department of Conservation and Natural Resources of its desire and intention to sell or lease any of the real property and shall provide such information as may be specified by the Lands Division.
