Section 32-9-29 Permits for movement of oversized vehicles or loads. (a) Authorized; application; issuance; seasonal, etc., limitations; refusal, revocation, or cancellation. (a) In Madison County, the county commission shall adopt building laws and codes by ordinance which shall apply to all commercial or industrial improvements in the county.
