Section 45-17-221 Prohibition against use of artificial light from motor vehicle to locate wildlife. (a) In Colbert County, it shall be unlawful for any person, or one or more of a group of persons together, to willfully throw or cast, or cause to be thrown or cast, the rays of a spotlight, headlight, or other artificial light from any motor vehicle, with the aid of any motor vehicle, on any highway, or in any field, woodland, or forest, in an apparent attempt or with intent to locate deer and/or other wildlife. The provisions of this section shall not apply to farmers while checking livestock upon land which they own, lease, or rent. (b) Any violation of the provisions of this section shall be a misdemeanor and punishable by a fine of not less than twenty-five dollars ($25) nor more than one hundred dollars ($100). (a) A person commits the crime of phishing if the person by means of an Internet web page, electronic mail message, or otherwise using the Internet, solicits, requests, or takes any action to induce another person to provide identifying information by representing that the person, either directly or by implication, is a business, without the authority or approval of the business.
