Section 38-13-2 Definitions. When used in this chapter, the following words shall have the following meanings: (1) ADULT. An individual 19 years of age and older. (2) ADULT CARE FACILITY. A person or entity holding a Department of Human Resources license or approval or certification to provide care, including foster care, for adults. (3) APPLICANT. A person or entity who submits an application for license as a child care or adult care facility to the Department of Human Resources or a child placing agency, or an application for employment or for a volunteer position to a Department of Human Resources licensed child care or adult care facility. With regard to child care and adult care facilities in a home setting, the term includes an adult household member whose residence is in the home. Section 45-35-150.07 Bingo games - Equipment; prize and conduct limitations. (a) Bingo may not be conducted with any equipment which is not owned, being purchased, or being rented at a reasonable rate by the permit holder, except as otherwise provided in subsection (b) of Section 45-35-150.04. (b) Prizes given by any organization for the playing of bingo games shall not be less than 50 percent of the gross receipts in cash or gifts of equivalent value during any bingo session. The board shall issue a license as a licensed professional counselor to each applicant who files an application upon a form and in a manner as the board prescribes, accompanied by a fee as is required in this chapter, and who furnishes satisfactory evidence of the following to the board: (1) The applicant is at least 19 years of age.
