Section 9-11-198 Penalty for violations of provisions of article; revocation of licenses. Any person who violates this article shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, shall be punished as prescribed by law; provided, that the fine shall be not less than one hundred dollars ($100) nor more than two hundred fifty dollars ($250), and in addition to that punishment, the court trying the case shall revoke all basket licenses issued or to be issued to the person for a period of three years from the date of the conviction.
