Section 33-5-30 Rules and regulations - Admissibility as evidence. All rules and regulations
duly promulgated under the provisions of this article by the Commissioner of Conservation
and Natural Resources shall be admitted as evidence in the courts of this state when accompanied

Section 9-11-240 Opening of season for hunting, etc., of female deer and unantlered male deer.
Any law of the State of Alabama to the contrary notwithstanding, the Commissioner of Conservation
and Natural Resources is hereby authorized to open a season in any county, area or section

Section 9-2-106, there is also hereby created and established a fund to be known as the State
