Section 31-9B-3 Providing of information; requirements for emergency and disaster planning
provisions; immunity. (a) All appropriate agencies and community-based service providers,
including, but not limited to, home health care providers, hospices, community mental health
centers, and related facilities, but not including health care facilities which provide inpatient
care to include general and specialized hospitals including ancillary services, skilled nursing
facilities, intermediate care facilities, or any assisted living facility, shall provide information
on the number of individuals with medical needs and shall assist the State Health Department
in the establishment of programs to increase the awareness of medical needs shelters, and
in educating clients and sponsors or caregivers about the procedures that may be necessary

Section 34-27B-2 Definitions. As used in this chapter, the following terms shall have the following
meanings: (1) BOARD. The Alabama State Board of Respiratory Therapy. (2) DIRECT CLINICAL SUPERVISION.
A situation where a licensed respiratory therapist or physician is available for the purpose
of communication, consultation, and assistance. (3) HEALTHCARE FACILITY. The definition shall

Section 5-5A-44 Acquisition of majority of voting shares of a bank; procedure. (a) No person,
acting directly or indirectly or through or in concert with one or more persons, may acquire
control of a state bank or of any corporation or other entity having control of a state bank,
unless an application is filed with the superintendent for review of the proposed transaction
and for his or her action, if any, as provided in this section. (b) The application shall

Compact. The Emergency Medical Services Personnel Licensure Interstate Compact is hereby enacted
into law and entered into with all other jurisdictions legally joining therein in form substantially

and ensure accountability for patient care related activities all states license emergency
medical services (EMS) personnel, such as emergency medical technicians (EMTs), advanced EMTs

Section 22-30D-5 Alabama Drycleaning Environmental Response Trust Fund. (a) There is hereby
created the Alabama Drycleaning Environmental Response Trust Fund, hereinafter referred to
as the "fund." The fund as so created shall be administered and used by the board
as a drycleaning industry self-insurance program for the benefit of those persons electing
to be covered by this chapter within the time(s) specified in accordance with the provision
