Section 8-6-6 Registration of securities - Registration of certain securities by coordination. (a) Any security for which a registration statement has been filed under the Securities Act of 1933 in connection with the same offering may be registered by coordination. When used in this article, unless the context otherwise requires, the following terms shall have the meanings respectively ascribed to them by this section: (1) COMMISSION or SECURITIES COMMISSION.
