Section 8-6-17 Prohibited acts regarding offer, sale, or purchase of securities. Section 8-6-2 Definitions. When used in this article, unless the context otherwise requires, the following terms shall have the meanings respectively ascribed to them by this section: (1) COMMISSION or SECURITIES COMMISSION.
