Section 27-7-5.2 Licenses - Limited license for travel insurance producers. (a) As used in this section, the following terms shall have the following meanings: (1) OFFER AND DISSEMINATE. Provide general information, including a description of the coverage and price, as well as processing the application, collecting premiums, and performing other non-licensable activities permitted by the state. (2) TRAVEL INSURANCE. a. Insurance coverage for personal risks incident to planned travel, including, but not limited to: 1. Interruption or cancellation of trip or event. 2. Loss of baggage or personal effects. 3. Damages to accommodations or rental vehicles. 4. Sickness, accident, disability, or death occurring during travel. b. Section 35-8A-103 Definitions. In the declaration and bylaws, unless specifically provided otherwise or the context otherwise requires, and in this chapter, the following terms are defined as set forth below: (1) AFFILIATE OF A DECLARANT. Section 15-20A-5 Sex offenses. For the purposes of this chapter, a sex offense includes any of the following offenses: (1) Rape in the first degree, as provided by Section 13A-6-61. (2) Rape in the second degree, as provided by Section 13A-6-62. Section 8-35-2 Security freeze on credit report. (a) A consumer may place a security freeze on the consumer's credit report by making a request in writing by certified mail to a consumer credit reporting agency. No later than August 31, 2012, a consumer credit reporting agency shall make available to consumers an Internet based method of requesting a security freeze and a toll-free telephone number for consumers to use to place a security freeze, temporarily lift a security freeze, or completely remove a security freeze.
