Section 13A-6-121 Facilitating solicitation of unlawful sexual conduct with a child. A person who knowingly compiles, enters into, or transmits by use of computer or otherwise; makes, prints, publishes, or reproduces by computerized or other means; knowingly causes or allows to be entered into or transmitted by use of computer or otherwise; or buys, sells, receives, exchanges, or disseminates any notice, statement, or advertisement of any child's name, telephone number, place of residence, other geographical location, physical characteristics, or other descriptive or identifying information for the purpose of facilitating, encouraging, offering, or soliciting unlawful sexual conduct of or with any child, or the visual depiction of such conduct, is guilty of facilitating solicitation of unlawful sexual conduct with a child. Section 13A-12-320 Deceptively obtaining a prescription for a controlled substance. (a) It is unlawful for any person to deceptively obtain a controlled substance, as defined in Section 20-2-2(4), from a medical practitioner by intentionally and knowingly withholding information from the medical practitioner that the person has obtained a prescription for the same controlled substance or another controlled substance of similar therapeutic use in a concurrent time period from another medical practitioner.
