Section 8-17-43 Mixture or substitute to be marked and sold as such. (a) No person shall sell or take orders for sale and delivery within this state any compound or mixture of linseed oil, raw or boiled, with other products, except as provided in this article, or any product which is intended to be used as a substitute for linseed oil (raw or boiled) unless it is exposed for sale and sold under the name "substitute for linseed oil."
