Section 2-17-1 Definitions. When used in this chapter, the following terms shall have the following meanings, respectively, unless the context clearly indicates otherwise: (1) COMMISSIONER. The Commissioner of Agriculture and Industries of the State of Alabama or his duly authorized representative. (2) FIRM. Any partnership, association or other unincorporated business organization. (3) MEAT BROKER. Any person, firm or corporation engaged in the business of buying or selling carcasses, parts of carcasses, meat or meat food products of cattle, sheep, swine, goats, horses, mules or other equines or poultry on commission or otherwise negotiating purchases or sales of such articles other than for his own account or as an employee of another person, firm or corporation. Section 32-1-1.1 Definitions. The following words and phrases when used in this title, for the purpose of this title, shall have meanings respectively ascribed to them in this section, except when the context otherwise requires: (1) ALLEY. Section 6-12A-3 Tobacco product manufacturer certification; directory; stamping, sale, or import of cigarettes not in directory. (a) Certification. (a) The State Fire Marshal may promulgate rules pursuant to the Alabama Administrative Procedure Act necessary to effectuate the purposes of this article. Section 36-19-30 Recreational park trailers. (a) For the purposes of this section, a "recreational park trailer" is a transportable unit that has a body width not exceeding 14 feet and which is built on a single chassis and is designed to provide seasonal or temporary living quarters when connected to utilities necessary for operation of installed fixtures and appliances. The total area of the unit in a setup mode, when measured from the exterior surface of the exterior stud walls at the level of maximum dimensions, not including any bay window, may not exceed 400 square feet when constructed to ANSI A-119.5 standards. The length of a recreational park trailer means the distance from the exterior of the front of the body nearest to the drawbar and coupling mechanism to the exterior of the rear of the body at the opposite end of the body including any protrusions.
