Section 7-9A-608 Application of proceeds of collection or enforcement; liability for deficiency
and right to surplus. (a) Application of proceeds, surplus, and deficiency if obligation secured.
If a security interest or agricultural lien secures payment or performance of an obligation,
the following rules apply: (1) A secured party shall apply or pay over for application the
cash proceeds of collection or enforcement under Section 7-9A-607 in the following order to:

Section 27-17A-11 Application for certificate; statements; issuance; expiration; transfer.
(a) An application to the commissioner for a certificate of authority shall be accompanied
by the statement and other matters described in this section in the form prescribed by the

Section 7-2-312 Warranty of title and against infringement; buyer's obligation against infringement.
(1) Subject to subsection (2) there is in a contract for sale a warranty by the seller that:
(a) The title conveyed shall be good, and its transfer rightful; and (b) The goods shall be

Section 35-11-131 Enforcement of lien. The lien of keepers of hotels, inns, boarding houses,
and restaurants on the goods and personal baggage of their guests and boarders may be enforced

Section 7-4A-202 Authorized and verified payment orders. (a) A payment order received by the
receiving bank is the authorized order of the person identified as sender if that person authorized
the order or is otherwise bound by it under the law of agency. (b) If a bank and its customer
have agreed that the authenticity of payment orders issued to the bank in the name of the
customer as sender will be verified pursuant to a security procedure, a payment order received

Section 35-8-17 Liens in favor of association. The association shall have a lien on each unit
for any unpaid assessment duly made by the association for a share of common expenses, limited

Section 40-12-172 Transient dealers. Each person doing business as a transient dealer as defined
in this section and who does not pay the privilege license under Section 40-12-73 or the license
permit under Section 40-25-19 shall pay an annual license tax to the state of $30. The payment
