Section 45-45A-31.25 Program requirements. (a) Following the decision of the city judge to
admit the offender into the pretrial diversion program, but prior to entry, the offender shall
enter into a written agreement stating the conditions of the participation of the offender
in the program. The agreement shall include, but not be limited to, all of the following:
(1) A voluntary waiver of the right of the offender to a speedy trial. (2) An agreement to
the tolling, while in the program, of periods of limitations established by statutes or rules
of court. (3) An agreement to the conditions of the program established by the city attorney
(4) If there is a victim of the charged crime, an agreement to the restitution repayment within
a specified period of time and in an amount to be determined by the city attorney taking into

Section 11-65-16 Review of application for horse racing facility license. (a) A commission
shall promptly consider any application for the issuance or transfer of a horse racing facility
license submitted to it and shall grant or deny the issuance or transfer of such license based
on all information before it, including the results of investigations it deems appropriate.
A commission shall deny the issuance of an original horse racing facility license to any applicant
unless it finds that the applicant's facility will meet the following minimum standards: (1)
That the facilities will provide a track racing surface of at least one mile; (2) That the
facility will be appropriate for the conduct of horse racing year-round and at night; and
(3) That the facility will be located within the boundaries of the commission municipal jurisdiction
or will be located on land in the host county and annexed to the sponsoring municipality prior

Section 15-5-50 Warrant for tracking device installation; requirements; procedures. (a) Any
circuit or district court judge in this state is authorized to issue a warrant to install
a tracking device. The term tracking device means an electronic or mechanical device which
permits the tracking of the movement of a person or object. (b) Upon the written application,
under oath, of any law enforcement officer as defined in Alabama Rule of Criminal Procedure

Section 40-20-2 Levy and amount of tax upon business of producing or severing oil or gas from
