Section 6-5-148 Closing place pending final decision - Release of property on bond. (a) Each application for a surface coal mining reclamation permit under this article shall be accompanied by a fee as determined by the regulatory authority, but not to exceed the anticipated cost of reviewing, administering, and enforcing the permit.
