Section 35-12-71 Definitions. As used in this article, unless the context otherwise requires,
the following terms shall have the meanings respectively ascribed to them by this section:
(1) APPARENT OWNER. A person whose name appears on the records of a holder as the person entitled
to property held, issued, or owing by the holder. (2) BUSINESS ASSOCIATION. A corporation,
joint stock company, investment company, partnership, unincorporated association, joint venture,
limited liability company, business trust, trust company, safe deposit company, financial
organization, insurance company, mutual fund, utility, or other business entity consisting
of one or more persons, whether or not for profit. (3) DOMICILE. The state of incorporation
of a corporation and the state of the principal place of business of a holder other than a

Section 36-26-121 Annual itemized statement of employee and retirement benefits, and total
employer contributions to retirement systems and health insurance plans. (a) As used in this
article, the following words have the following meanings: (1) EMPLOYEE BENEFIT. Any benefit

Section 5-2A-82 Appeals from acts of bureau or supervisor. Any person aggrieved by any order
or act of the bureau or the supervisor may, within 30 days from the entry of the order complained
of or within 60 days of the act complained of if there is no order, file a complaint or appeal
from the order or act against the supervisor in the Circuit Court of Montgomery County or
the circuit court of the county of the residence of the party aggrieved or the circuit court
of the county wherein the party aggrieved does business and file security with the court for

Section 27-2-15 Records, documents, and files - Use as evidence. (a) Photographs or microphotographs
in the form of film or prints of documents and records made under subsection (c) of Section
27-2-14 shall have the same force and effect as the originals thereof and shall be treated

Section 41-4-94 Emergency appropriations. To the end that all expenses of the state may be
brought and kept within the budget, the budget appropriation bills shall contain a specific
sum or sums as an emergency appropriation or appropriations. Such sum shall not, however,

information hereinafter provided to all owners of motor vehicles listed as such in the motor
