Section 33-1-8 Board of directors. (a)(1) The port authority shall be governed by a board of
directors, consisting of eight appointed members and one ex officio member. a. The Governor
shall appoint eight members subject to confirmation by the Senate as follows: b. Two members
from the southern region of this state consisting of the following counties: Baldwin, Choctaw,
Clarke, Conecuh, Dallas, Escambia, Hale, Marengo, Mobile, Monroe, Perry, Washington, and Wilcox.
c. Two members from the central region of this state consisting of the following counties:

Section 16-1-18.1 Accumulation of sick leave. (a) Definitions. When used in this section, the
following terms shall have the following meanings, respectively: (1) EMPLOYEE. Any person

Section 25-13-5 Elevator Safety Review Board - Created; composition. (a) There is created the
Elevator Safety Review Board, herein referred to as the "board," consisting of 10
members, one of whom shall be the State Secretary of the Department of Labor who shall serve

Section 16-54-2 Board of trustees. The University of Montevallo shall be governed by a board
of trustees composed of the Governor, who shall be president, ex officio, the Superintendent
of Education, ex officio, and 11 other trustees (one from each congressional district and,
