Section 7-9-302 When filing is required to perfect security interest; security interests to which filing provisions of this article do not apply. Section 29-3-16 Emergency interim successors for officers of political subdivisions. The provisions of this section shall be applicable to officers of political subdivisions, including, but not limited to, cities, towns, villages, townships and counties, as well as school, fire, power and drainage districts not included in Section 29-3-15.
