Section 11-81-21 Investment of funds obligation in which sinking funds may be invested. Any municipal funds or county funds not presently needed for other purposes may be invested in any obligations in which sinking funds are now authorized to be invested, pursuant to Section 11-81-19, and in addition in any of the following: (1) Direct obligations of (including obligations issued or held in book entry form on the books of) the Department of the Treasury of the United States of America; (2) Obligations of any of the following federal agencies, which obligations represent the full faith and credit of the United States of America: a. Section 15-20A-4 Definitions. For purposes of this chapter, the following words shall have the following meanings: (1) ADULT SEX OFFENDER. A person convicted of a sex offense. (2) CHILD. Section 15-9-81 Adoption and text of agreement on detainers. The agreement on detainers is hereby enacted into law and entered into by the State of Alabama with any and all jurisdictions legally joining therein, in the form substantially as follows: AGREEMENT ON DETAINERS The contracting states solemnly agree that: Article I. (a) Except as provided in subsection (c), every corporation, joint stock company, or association subject to income tax under this chapter shall file a return with the Department of Revenue for each taxable year, stating specifically the items of its gross income and the deductions and credits allowed by this chapter.
