Section 45-8-120.06 Civil Service Board - Oath. Every person who shall be appointed a member
of the Civil Service Board of Calhoun County shall within 15 days thereafter qualify by making
oath that they are eligible for the office and will execute the duties of the office to the

Section 40-2B-2 Alabama Tax Tribunal. (a) Statement of Purpose. To increase public confidence
in the fairness of the state tax system, the state shall provide an independent agency with
tax expertise to resolve disputes between the Department of Revenue and taxpayers, prior to
