Section 45-26-141.02 Definitions. As used in this part, the following words and phrases shall have the following meanings: (1) ASSOCIATION. The Elmore County Firefighters Association. The board of trustees or custodian of funds designated by the board shall make a monthly report to the governing body of the city employing such policemen and firemen concerning the condition of such policemen's and firemen's retirement fund. (a) The mayor or the head of the department may discipline any employee pursuant to this part and the rules and regulations adopted by the city council to implement this part.
