Section 11-20-37 Powers generally; location and operation of projects. (a) The corporation
shall have the following powers, together with all powers incidental thereto or necessary
for the performance of those stated in this subsection: (1) To have succession by its corporate
name for the period specified in the certificate of incorporation unless sooner dissolved

Section 11-50-532 Dissolution. When all obligations incurred by the corporation and all bonds
issued by it shall have been paid in full or provision for payment thereof shall have been
made by appropriate, segregation and deposit of funds sufficient for such purposes, then and

Section 41-10-514 Leasing to state agencies. (a) The authority is hereby authorized to enter
into one or more leases of all or any part or portion of the facilities constructed, acquired,
