Section 45-49-235.05 Disposition of funds. (a) All monies collected pursuant to this part shall be paid into the Mobile County Pretrial Release and Jail Diversion Fund and shall be expended for the implementation of this part, which shall include, but not be limited to, all of the following: (1) The payment of salaries and other expenses involved in making investigations and studies necessary to determine whether particular prisoners will be granted the benefits of this part. (2) Transportation of prisoners to and from their places of employment. (3) Providing security for the courts and the offices in which this part is administered. (4) Matching any federal or state grants or other funds which may be available in relation to the purposes of this part.
