Section 7-9A-102 Definitions and index of definitions. (a) Article 9A definitions. In this article: (1) "Accession" means goods that are physically united with other goods in such a manner that the identity of the original goods is not lost. Section 45-49-151.07 Racing days - Requirements; broadcast races. (a) Any person, association, or corporation desiring to operate a racetrack in the county shall hold and conduct one or more race meetings at the track each year, but no license shall be granted to any person, association, or corporation, or to any track for a period longer than 312 racing days in any one year. (b)(1) Any licensee conducting race meetings under this subpart may: a. Receive broadcasts of horse races and dog races conducted outside of Mobile County, and allow all forms of pari-mutuel wagering on those races.
