Section 45-37A-56 Zoning board of adjustment. (a) The governing body of any city which may
now or hereafter have a population of 300,000 inhabitants or more, according to the last or
any subsequent federal census and which may now or hereafter have in force and effect a comprehensive
zoning ordinance shall provide for the appointment of a zoning board of adjustment and in
the zoning regulations and restrictions adopted by the city pursuant to the authority of the
laws of this state, provide that the zoning board of adjustment, in appropriate cases and
subject to appropriate conditions and safeguards, shall make special exceptions to the terms
of the zoning ordinance of the city in harmony with its general purpose and intent, and in

Section 32-7C-33 Recordkeeping; inspection; audit analysis; disclosure of information. (a)
A TNC shall maintain the following records: (1) Individual trip records for at least two years
from the date each trip was provided. (2) Individual records of TNC drivers at least two years
from the date on which a TNC driver's relationship with the TNC ended. (b) For the sole purpose
of verifying that a TNC is in compliance with subsection (a) and Section 32-7C-29 and no more
than annually, the commission may visually inspect a random sample of the records that the
TNC is required to maintain pursuant to subsection (a). All samples shall include records
sufficient to verify the TNC's compliance with the background check requirements and standards

Personnel Appeals Board. The board shall hear all appeals from final action as requested by

is hereby levied and imposed in the county, in addition to all other taxes of every kind now

Section 5-18-10 Examinations of licensees; investigations; enforcement powers of supervisor.
(a) Annual examinations of licensees. At least once each year and at such other time as may
be deemed necessary by the Supervisor of the Bureau of Loans, an examination shall be made
of the place of business of each licensee and of the loans, transactions, books, papers, and
records of the licensee so far as they pertain to the business licensed under this chapter.
As cost of examination, the licensee shall pay to the Bureau of Loans the actual cost of each
examination, the amount of which shall be reasonably prescribed under rules and regulations
