Section 45-45-82.03 Juvenile court Advisory Board and Drug Abuse Prevention Fund. (a) In all
criminal and juvenile delinquency cases in the circuit and district courts of Madison County
wherein the defendant or the juvenile is charged with a violation of the Alabama Uniform Controlled
Substances Act the clerk of the respective court shall charge and collect a fee of ten dollars
($10) in addition to all other costs and charges now or hereafter provided. (b) The monies
derived from the charges herein prescribed shall be remitted to the Madison County Commission
and be deposited to a fund which shall be designated as the Madison County Juvenile Court
Drug Abuse Prevention Fund. All funds so deposited shall be disbursed for the following purposes:
(1) Conducting drug and alcohol abuse education programs. (2) Conducting drug and alcohol

Section 41-15B-2.2 Allocation of trust fund revenues. (a) For each fiscal year, beginning October
1, 1999, contingent upon the Children First Trust Fund receiving tobacco revenues and upon
appropriation by the Legislature, an amount of up to and including two hundred twenty-five

Section 45-2-244.077 Charge for collections; dispositition of funds. The county commission
shall be authorized to charge an amount not less than two percent nor more than five percent
of the special county tax collected in the county under this subpart for collecting the special
county tax. In order to charge more than two percent of the special county tax for collecting

Section 32-5A-191 (Effective until July 1, 2023) Driving while under influence of alcohol,
controlled substances, etc. (a) A person shall not drive or be in actual physical control
of any vehicle while: (1) There is 0.08 percent or more by weight of alcohol in his or her
blood; (2) Under the influence of alcohol; (3) Under the influence of a controlled substance
to a degree which renders him or her incapable of safely driving; (4) Under the combined influence
of alcohol and a controlled substance to a degree which renders him or her incapable of safely

Section 12-23-12 Court referral officer assessment fee. In addition to the imposition of any
other costs, penalties, or fines imposed pursuant to law, any person convicted as an adult
or adjudicated a youthful offender or juvenile delinquent based on the offense of driving

Section 45-41-82.02 Additional fees - Small claims cases; monthly supervision fee in juvenile
court cases. (a) In addition to all other costs and charges in circuit and district court
cases in Lee County, a fee of three dollars ($3) shall be charged and collected by the clerks

Section 45-7-82.27 Costs and fees. (a) Prior to admission, the office of the district attorney
may charge a nonrefundable application fee of one hundred dollars ($100). The amount of the
assessment for participation in the program shall be in addition to any program supervision
fees, court costs, and assessments for drug, alcohol, or anger treatments required by law,
the district attorney, or the court, and are in addition to costs of supervision, treatment,

Section 12-17-226.8 Fees. (a) An offender may be assessed an administration fee when he or
she is approved for a pretrial diversion program established under this division. The amount
of the fee for participation in the program shall be in addition to any court costs, assessments
for crime victim's compensation fund, Department of Forensic Sciences assessments, drug, alcohol,
or anger management treatments required by law, restitution, or costs of supervision or treatment.
