in Madison County, of the proceeds of the beer tax collected pursuant to Article 5B, commencing
with Section 28-3-190, Chapter 3, Title 28, in addition to the one-eighteenth allocated to

Section 45-45-82.02 Juror parking. (a) The governing body of Madison County, by resolution
thereof, shall have the power to maintain and provide parking for the use of the jurors; and
shall have the power to appropriate such funds as are necessary and appropriate for such purpose.
All resolutions providing parking for jurors shall be filed in the Probate Office of Madison
County and with the Administrative Director of Courts. (b) Upon the adoption of a resolution
providing the parking described in this section, Madison County shall establish and maintain

Section 45-45-200.01 Special issuance fee. (a)(1) In Madison County, the county commission
is authorized to impose, by resolution of the commission, a special issuance fee not to exceed
seventy-five cents ($.75) to be collected by the license director on each motor vehicle registration,
boat renewal or registration, manufactured home registration, business license application,
or other instrument registered or application applied for in the office of the license director.
The special issuance fee shall be in addition to all other fees, taxes, and other charges

Section 14-8-37 Disposition of earnings of inmates. The employer of an inmate involved in work
release pursuant to this article shall send the inmate's wages directly to the county or its
designated agent. Of each inmate's earnings, 25 percent of his gross wages shall be applied
to the costs incident to the inmate's confinement. If the cost of confinement of a state inmate

Section 45-45-31.07 Reproduction department; records custodian; storage and safekeeping. (a)
The governing body of Madison County is hereby authorized to establish a reproduction department
for Madison County and to employ a records custodian who shall be chosen by the Chair of the
Madison County governing body, which custodian shall have charge of all reproduction work,
including microphotographing, and who shall have custody of all records placed for storage

Section 45-45-82 Child protection board and fund. (a) In order to provide for the protection
and welfare of children in Madison County who are alleged to be or have been found by the
juvenile court of the county to be abused or neglected or otherwise dependent as defined by
