Section 45-45-80 Administrative fees. (a) The Madison County Work Release and Pre-Trial Release
Commission may establish administrative fees to fund alternative sentencing programs, educational
programs, intervention programs, treatment programs, and other programs to serve the courts
of the Twenty-third Judicial Circuit, and may collect the fees from any person ordered by
the courts to complete an alternative sentencing program, or other program administered by
the commission. (b) The commission shall have sole authority to establish administrative fees
to fund the programs that serve the courts of the Twenty-third Judicial Circuit. (c) Any person
who, upon court order, enrolls in any educational program, intervention program, or treatment
program, administered by the commission shall at the time of enrollment be notified of any

Section 45-45-80.01 Name of commission and fund. (a) In Madison County, after June 13, 2003,
the Madison County Work Release and Pre-Trial Release Commission shall be known as the Madison
County Alternative Sentencing and Release Commission, or any successor name the members of

Section 45-45-233.20 Work release for gainful employment conducive to rehabilitation. Any person
who has been committed to the county jail or to any city jail in Madison County under a criminal
sentence may be released therefrom at the sentencing court, either on its own motion or upon
the motion of the defendant, at the time of sentence or at any time during the term of sentence,
for the purpose of obtaining and working at gainful employment or for such other purpose as
the court may deem conducive to his or her rehabilitation, for such time or intervals of time

Section 12-25-32 Definitions. For the purposes of this article, the following terms have the
following meanings: (1) COMMISSION. The Alabama Sentencing Commission, established as a state

to the Baldwin County Community Corrections Center or a program pursuant to this part, granted

Section 12-19-20 Court fees in civil and criminal cases in circuit and district courts to be
