Section 45-10-82.21 Marriage rites. The Judge of Probate of Cherokee County may charge an additional
fee when celebrating the rites of marriage. The amount of the additional fee shall be in the
discretion of the judge of probate. The fee authorized by this section shall be in addition

(d) of Section 12-19-90, the Judge of Probate of DeKalb County shall set the fee for supplying
