adjudication of liability for a civil violation may be made under this subpart if the operator

that late fees not exceeding twenty-five dollars ($25) shall attach to untimely paid fines

Section 45-21A-10.04 Jurisdiction of Brantley Municipal Court; hearings; liability; evidence

Section 32-7A-16 Additional violations. (a) A person is guilty of a Class C misdemeanor who:
