Section 45-30A-50.08 Pay plan. After the adoption by the governing body of a pay plan and any
rules of its administration, the board, with the approval of the governing body, shall assign

Section 45-49A-63 Definitions. As used in this part, the following words and terms shall have
meanings as follows: (1) ANNUITY STARTING DATE. The first day for which a benefit is payable
