Section 41-9-246 Board of advisors. (a) There is hereby established a Board of Advisors to the Alabama Historical Commission. Said board of advisors shall consist of no less than 15 persons. (a) The Huntsville City Board of Education is declared to be the successor to the Trustees of Green Academy, a body corporate established on November 25, 1812, by the Legislative Council and the House of Representatives of the Mississippi Territory.
