Section 45-35-20.04 Prohibited activities. (a) It shall be unlawful and no person shall expose to public view his or her genitals, pubic area, vulva, anus, anal cleft, or cleavage or any simulation thereof within an establishment dealing in or permitting the consumption of alcoholic beverages or within 500 feet of an establishment dealing in or permitting the consumption of alcoholic beverages. The Legislature finds all of the following: (1) The authority of the Legislature to enact local laws regulating the liquor traffic is preserved in Section 104 of the Constitution of Alabama of 1901, now appearing as Section 104 of the Official Recompilation of the Constitution of Alabama of 1901, as amended.
