Section 45-2A-80.01 Acquisition and administration of cable television system. In addition
to all other powers, rights, and authority heretofore granted by law: (1) Such municipal corporation
is hereby authorized and empowered to acquire, purchase, construct, lease, operate, maintain,
enlarge, extend, and improve a cable television system which may be defined, without limiting
the generality, as a facility that in whole or in part, receives directly, or indirectly,

city shall mean the City of Florala, Alabama, in Covington County, a municipal corporation

Section 45-23A-22 Television cable system. (a) The provisions of this section shall apply only
to the City of Daleville in Dale County. (b) The municipal corporation of the City of Daleville
in Dale County shall have the right to establish, purchase, construct, maintain, and operate
