Section 45-29-90.18 Monetary contributions by county and municipalities. Fayette County and the municipalities therein are hereby authorized and empowered to contribute to the authority any amount or amounts of money, either with or without consideration therefor, that their respective governing bodies, acting in their sole discretion without the necessity of authorization at any election of qualified electors, shall approve to be paid from the general fund of the county or municipality.
