Section 34-32-2 Definitions. As used in this chapter, unless a different meaning clearly appears
from the context, the following words shall have the following meanings: (1) BOARD. Alabama
Soil and Water Conservation Committee for the Registration of Professional Soil Classifiers.

Section 9-7-10 Definitions. The following terms, whenever used in this chapter shall have the
following respective meanings unless the context clearly indicates otherwise: (1) COASTAL
