Section 45-49-252.14 Certain acts and practices prohibited. (a) It shall be unlawful to dispose
of solid waste except by sanitary landfill, incineration, recycling process, or other method
approved by the director, consistent with applicable state law, operated by the county or
permitted and possessing certificates of need as required herein. (b) It shall be unlawful
to allow an unauthorized accumulation of rubbish, yard trash, garbage, and putrescible waste
on any residential or commercial premises not engaged in a salvaging operation. (c) It shall
be unlawful for any person other than the owner or collector, or his or her agent, or employees
to collect refuse or to interfere in any manner with any such receptacles from the place where
the same are placed by the owner or person lawfully in control thereof, or to remove the contents

Section 45-15-170 Industrial Waste Committee. (a) There is hereby created the Cleburne County
Industrial Waste Committee to consist of: One member, appointed jointly by the county's four
municipal governing bodies, for a term of four years; one member appointed by each member

Section 45-37A-53.01 Keeping of dogs in certain vacant lots. (a) In any city with a population
of 300,000 inhabitants or more, according to the 1970 or any subsequent federal decennial
census, no person shall put any dog or dogs in a vacant lot which is not adjacent or contiguous
to his or her residence. (b) This section shall not apply to any person who is a licensed
veterinarian operating his or her business in an area zoned therefor; nor shall this section
apply to any person using dogs to guard his or her business. (c) The county health department

owner or occupant shall store solid waste on his or her premises or property or shall require
it to be stored or handled in such a manner as to prevent the propagation, or harborage of
rats or arthropod vectors or the creation of a sanitary nuisance. (b) All garbage and putrescible
matter or mixed garbage and rubbish shall be stored in containers which are nonabsorbent,
water-tight, vector resistant, durable, easily cleaned, and designed for safe handling; or
in paper or plastic bags having sufficient strength and water tightness and which are designed
for proper containment. (c) All solid waste containers shall be of adequate size and sufficient
numbers to contain without overflowing all the refuse, except yard trash or bulky waste, a

Section 9-11-91.1 Unauthorized fishing from or near fish farm. (a) It shall be unlawful for
any person to fish or take fish from any fish farm except with the consent of the owner thereof.
Any person possessing fishing tackle on the premises of a fish farm shall be rebuttably presumed
to be fishing. (b) Any motor vehicle, or fishing tackle, or other fishing equipment which
