Section 45-2-84.14 Transport of eligible persons; participants not deemed government agents or employees. The Baldwin County Commission, its employees and agents, the Baldwin County Sheriff's Office, its agents and employees, or the Baldwin County Community Corrections Center, its agents or employees, may transport eligible persons to any job site within the county at the expense of the eligible person and shall not be liable for any damage or injury caused to the eligible person during the transportation. No eligible person in any programs pursuant to this part shall be deemed an agent or employee of the board, state, county, or sheriff while participating in programs under this part or while going to and from places of employment or other areas specified while in the program.
