Section 7-9A-102 Definitions and index of definitions. (a) Article 9A definitions. In this article: (1) "Accession" means goods that are physically united with other goods in such a manner that the identity of the original goods is not lost. Section 37-3-25 Penalties for violations. (a) Any person knowingly and willfully violating any provision of this chapter or any rule, regulation, requirement or order thereunder or any term or condition of any certificate, permit or license for which a penalty is not otherwise herein provided shall, upon conviction thereof, be fined not more than $100.00 for the first offense and not more than $500.00 for any subsequent offense. Each day of such violation shall constitute a separate offense. Section 34-11-1 Definitions. For the purposes of this chapter, the following words and phrases shall have the respective meanings ascribed by this section: (1) BOARD.
