Section 14-8-1 Definitions. For the purposes of this article, the following terms shall have
the meanings respectively ascribed to them by this section. (1) BOARD. The Board of Corrections.
(2) COMMISSIONER. The Commissioner of the Board of Corrections. (3) STATE CORRECTIONAL INSTITUTIONS.

Section 32-6-10.1 Foreign national Alabama driver's license/non-driver identification card/vessel
license. (a) For the purposes of this section, the term "foreign national" shall

include gasoline, naptha and other liquid motor fuels or any devices or substitutes therefor

chapter, the term "inoperable motor vehicle" shall mean any motor vehicle, trailer,
or semi-trailer that has remained on private property and in view of the general public for
