Section 45-32-72 Greene County Districting Commission. (a) In Greene County, there is hereby created a three member Greene County Districting Commission, hereinafter referred to as districting commission, to establish districts for the election of members of the Greene County Commission and the Greene County Board of Education. The Director of the Children's Rehabilitation Service shall appoint a committee to consult with the Children's Rehabilitation Service in the administration of the program established by this chapter.
