Section 45-2-261.13 Appeals from final decision of board of adjustment. (a) Any party aggrieved by a final judgment or decision of a board of adjustment, except a decision on the approval or disapproval of a subdivision, within 15 days thereafter, may appeal therefrom to the Circuit Court of Baldwin County, Alabama, by filing with the circuit court and the board of adjustment a written notice of appeal specifying the judgment or decision from which the appeal is taken.
