Section 13A-8-1 Definitions. The following definitions are applicable in this article unless the context otherwise requires: (1) DECEPTION occurs when a person knowingly: a. Creates or confirms another's impression which is false and which the defendant does not believe to be true; or b. Fails to correct a false impression which the defendant previously has created or confirmed; or c. Fails to correct a false impression when the defendant is under a duty to do so; or d. Prevents another from acquiring information pertinent to the disposition of the property involved; or e. Section 40-17-322 Definitions. As used in this article and unless the context requires otherwise, the following terms have the meaning ascribed herein: (1) AIRCRAFT. Any airplane or helicopter. It shall be a violation of this chapter for a supplier to do any of the following: (1) To coerce, compel, or require any dealer to order or accept delivery of any equipment or parts with special features or accessories not included in the base list price of such equipment as publicly advertised by the supplier which the dealer has not voluntarily ordered. Section 9-16-91 Surface effects of underground coal mining; requirements; remedies. (a) The regulatory authority shall promulgate rules and regulations directed toward the surface effects of underground coal mining operations, and embodying the following requirements. (a) Any permit issued pursuant to this article to conduct surface mining operations shall require that such surface coal mining operations will meet all applicable performance standards of this article, and such other requirements as the regulatory authority shall promulgate.
