(a) In addition to any court costs and fees now or hereafter authorized in Lauderdale County, an additional fee of four dollars ($4) shall be charged and collected by the clerk of the court on each district court case in the county in order to further provide for the protection and welfare of children in Lauderdale County who are alleged to be or have been found by the juvenile court of the county to be abused or neglected or otherwise dependent pursuant to Section 12-51-1. Section 45-40-81.01 Juvenile probation services. (a) In Lawrence County, in addition to all other costs and charges in district and juvenile court cases with the exception of small claims cases, a fee of five dollars ($5) shall be charged and collected by the clerk of the district court.
