Section 15-6-21 Arrest warrant. (a) If on examination by the circuit, district or municipal
court judge, it appears that there is reason to fear the commission of any offense by the
person complained of, such judge must issue a warrant directed to any lawful officer of the
state, containing the substance of the complaint and commanding such officer forthwith to
arrest the person complained of and bring him before him or some other judge having jurisdiction
of the matter. (b) The warrant may be after the following form: "State of Alabama, ___
County. To any lawful officer of the state: Complaint on oath having been made before me that

Section 45-37A-160.01 Definitions. For the purposes of this article, the following terms shall
have the following meanings: (1) APPLICATION FEE. A one-time administrative fee imposed by
the City of Fultondale as a condition precedent to participation in a pretrial diversion program.

Section 15-5-16 Restoration of taken property to defendant; property to be forwarded to court
if not restored. (a) If it appears that the property taken is not the same as that described
in a search warrant or that there is no probable cause for believing the existence of the
ground on which the warrant issued, the judge or the magistrate must direct it to be restored

Section 3-6A-4 Sworn statement; dangerous dog investigation; hearing; procedures. (a)(1) When
a person claims that a dog is dangerous, the person shall make a sworn statement before a
city magistrate or sheriff setting forth the name of the dog owner, if known, the location
where the dog is being kept in the city or county, and the reason he or she believes the dog
